Oil seal rod change output shaft AHU1672 / AYG3268

This is the oil seal at the rear lower of the gearbox where the rod change gearshift and shaft connect.

This is the most common oil leak in late model minis...some people fit 2 oil seals or there is now a kit devised to help solve this problem.
