Oil Filter element called a cartridge type.
This sits inside the tin cannister located below your generator or alternator.
This element is version 1 in Minis and is slightly smaller in diameter than later models. It has a large hole at both ends and a seperate tin plate holds it up against the alloy casting.
Comes with new large seal.
Approximate years were 1960 to 1964 approx.
