These are the current replacement for what was originally a solid brass plug. approx 13mm dia These are an absolute must to replace when doing an engine rebuild...The gallery behind collects all sorts of foreign matter and this can ruin a new engine if not removed.
TIP to remove the solid ones, drill a hole and tap a thread, screw the bolt in using a socket as a spacer to pull out the plug
