Exclusive to Minisplus - new genuine MK2 Cooper S gears and c/o mainshaft.

What you get to make a close ratio gearbox, be it MK2 Cooper S or rod change pre A plus is:

1. Dam 3167 Mk11 input gear for 18mm mainshaft with early teeth profile.....

2. Mk11 cooper S laygear.....

3. modified and changeover mk11 Mainshaft ( used) to take the 18mm larger spigot ....

4. 18mm roller bearing.

All experienced Mini owners realise that a close ratio gearbox is nicer to drive, but now the 14mm input gear is virtually NLA. This set also gives you the advantage of the more reliable 18mm spigot bearing.

With no change over mainshaft there is a $40 penalty.
